This is a complete kit, which includes all components with the exception of a fuel tank, motor assembly and wheels.  All kits come with a two piece plug in stab.  For custom paint please call or email.  Shipping can be prepaid or collect.  If shipping and insurance is required, please select below.  The wait time for a new kit is approximately 8 weeks.
