Here's a quick glimpse at how we build a Neme-Q

The aluminum molds are waxed and masked for the paint scheme.

This hot box is used for curing fuses and tails.

Once the paint is cured the wing is laid up. Here is a sample of a wing that is ready to join.

Here's the V-Tail ready to join.

The bolt on V-Tail was the first of it's kind in the Quickie 500 models.
